This sweater is made from the rarest and most extraordinary cashmere.
The first combing of the hair from the young goat, the world’s finest cashmere of only 13-14 microns can be achieved. The finer the cashmere, the softer the sweater. The hair from the young goats produces only 30grams of fibre per combing compared to 100 / 200 grams per adult cashmere goat, the yearly yield is only in the region of a few dozen tonnes globally.
This sweater is exclusively proposed in the natural colours of the goat. The hair that we used has not been dyed before, during or after the production. This item is very close to being officially called organic. We cannot call it this yet because the traceability of the nomadic goat breeders is very difficult because they moved across a huge natural area the size of France, Germany and Italy combined so it is not possible to trace the exact origin of the cattle which is obviously organic, but we are aiming at being able soon to offer you soon an officially certified organic collection. To select the size of your item (sweater, cardigan, dress, coat, etc.), measure a similar item in your wardrobe that fits you perfectly, then compare the measurements to our chart.
- Measurement A is the total length of the sweater, it must be measured flat from top collar to hem, according to the diagram
- Measurement B is sleeve length. It is given to you as an indication, and it is not necessary for you to measure it, because the arm length depends on the way the sweater is constructed.
- Measurement C, the chest size, is important. It is taken from the left armpit seam to the right armpit seam
